Our Team

The project consortium is made up of four organizations from four different countries. QBS Gewerkstatt from Germany, BEST from Austria, Ekpedeftiki Paremvasi from Greece and EGERIA from Spain.

About the Organization:
Founded in 1985, QBS Gewerkstatt gGmbH is a non-profit educational institute dedicated to vocational training, labor market integration, and social inclusion. The organization supports disadvantaged groups, including refugees, by offering innovative training programs that emphasize real-world experiences. QBS operates its own training hotel, BOGATA, as a practical learning environment, and is recognized for its expertise in developing education programs tailored to labor market demands.

About the Organization:
Established in 1990, BEST is a leading Austrian provider of vocational training, professional development, and continuous education. It specializes in innovative training solutions for marginalized groups, including migrants and refugees, aligning education with labor market needs. With involvement in over 260 EU-funded projects, BEST emphasizes pedagogical innovation and tailored training programs, leveraging its extensive network of industry and educational partners.

About the Organization:
Ekpedeftiki Paremvasi KDVM S.A. is a vocational training center based in Thessaloniki, Greece. The organization is dedicated to fostering skills development, entrepreneurship, and vocational education for marginalized and vulnerable populations, including refugees. Its expertise spans digital literacy, professional training, and the design of tailored programs that promote social and labor market integration. EkPa has successfully led multiple Erasmus+ projects and collaborates with a wide network of stakeholders across Europe.

Asociación Egeria Desarrollo Social (EGERIA)

About the Organization:
Asociación Egeria Desarrollo Social is a Spanish non-profit organization focused on promoting social inclusion, gender equality, and human rights. EGERIA empowers women, including refugees, through non-formal education, professional training, and advocacy. Based in Málaga, the organization collaborates with local and national networks to provide innovative solutions that support vulnerable populations in overcoming barriers to employment and education.
