EmpowerHer is an Erasmus+ project dedicated to supporting refugee women on their journey toward integration and empowerment.

By combining tailored vocational training, profession-specific language education, and mentorship opportunities, EmpowerHer opens pathways to meaningful employment in the hospitality sector.

What We Do

We provide refugee women with language and vocational training tailored to hospitality roles, helping them overcome barriers to employment.

Through peer-to-peer mentorship, cultural exchange, and community-building activities, EmpowerHer promotes social integration and confidence.

We train vocational education and training (VET) professionals to support low-literacy learners with innovative and inclusive teaching methods.
