Project Result 2 (PR2): Profession-Specific Language Curriculum and Training

PR2 centers on creating a language curriculum tailored to four key hospitality roles: kitchen assistant, housekeeping, stock management, and front desk assistant.

  Conduct in-depth research on language learning strategies, benchmarking programs, and assessing digital tools to inform curriculum design.
- Language Curriculum Development
  Create a curriculum that progresses participants from A0 to B1 proficiency in German, Spanish, and Greek, addressing role-specific language needs.

  Develop practical and engaging materials that combine language training with vocational skills.

Project Result 3 (PR3): Peer-to-Peer Learning Model

This result builds a supportive community of learners, where seasoned participants mentor and assist newcomers.

Peer Mentorship Program
Establish a structured model pairing experienced learners with newcomers for guidance and encouragement.

Organize skill-sharing sessions, language buddy systems, and cultural exchange events to foster confidence and integration.
